After purchasing the Surge Theme, you should receive an automated welcome email. This email is vital as it contains your unique Licence Code, the Theme Files, links to Setup Guidance, and your Academy Access.

1. Check Your Junk or Spam Folder
The most common reason for missing emails is that they have been filtered into Junk or Spam. Please check these folders first.
2. Still Can't Find It? If the email is not in your Junk or Spam folders, don't worry, we can help you recover it quickly.
Please submit a support ticket via our help desk.
Our team will locate your original order and provide you with your License Key. You can then use this key on our license management portal to download your theme files directly.
